This year, we invite you to engage in insightful discussions, gain practical knowledge, and network with top-tier professionals on engaging everyone in strategic thinking and strategy-making – Open Strategy – for turbulent times.

We need to harness the full potential and involve partners and staff in the design and implementation of strategies. Business strategy is most often underestimated, where only a few are involved, instead of opening it up and using more stakeholders. Businesses would become more inclusive and more successful in realising their potential.
