Prof. dr. Ivo Vlaev, Warwick Business School in Singapore National University je svetovno priznan strokovnjak za vedenjske znanosti. Njegovo pionirsko delo na področju odločanja, spreminjanja vedenja ter uporabe psiholoških spoznanj v praksi izboljšuje politiko, zdravje, organizacijsko vedenje in podjetij. Kot avtor poročila MINDSPACE in svetovalec vlade UK vpliva in razvija inovativne pristope v dobi umetne inteligence.

Izkoristiti moramo celoten potencial in v pripravo in izvedbo strategij vključiti tudi partnerje in zaposlene. Poslovna strategija je največkrat podcenjena aktivnost podjetja, kjer sodelujejo le nekateri, namesto, da bi jo odprli in uporabili več deležnikov. About the speakers and panelists

 

Ivo Vlaev

Dr. Ivo Vlaev is a Professor of Behavioural Science at Warwick Business School and globally recognised behavioural science expert known for his pioneering work on decision-making, behaviour change, and the practical application of psychological insights to real-world challenges. He holds a D.Phil. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and has held academic positions at University College London and Imperial College London before joining Warwick Business School in 2014.

He co-authored the influential MINDSPACE report, a cornerstone in behavioural public policy, which has guided governments in using behavioural insights to improve decision-making. His research has been instrumental in developing interventions across health, finance, and organisational behaviour, focusing on how subtle cues and environmental factors can ‘nudge’ individuals and teams toward better outcomes.

Professor Vlaev has advised the UK Cabinet Office and contributed to the NHS’s COVID-19 Behaviour Change Unit, demonstrating his expertise’s real-world impact in policy and organisational settings.

In his keynote, Professor Vlaev will delve into the intersection of behavioural science and technology, exploring how understanding human behaviour is fundamentally impacted in the age of AI. Attendees will gain insights into designing human-centred organisations that promote employee wellbeing and customer focus and drive competitive advantage.

Prof. Timotej Jagrič, PhD, CQRM is the Head of the Institute of Finance and Artificial Intelligence and Head of Data Science in Business at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor (EPF UM). He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics (UM) and the Faculty of Management at the University of Primorska (UP). He is also a visiting professor at the Technical University of Graz (TU Graz) and a former visiting researcher at the Humboldt University of Berlin.

His research interests focus on the intersection of economics, finance, mathematics and artificial intelligence. He is a long-standing member and former leader of the national research programme P5-0027 and a member of the UM Research Core on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Biomedicine. As author and leader of several R&D projects, he works closely with industry, financial institutions and regulators.

He is a certified CQRM expert and a licensed IIPER trainer, which makes him one of the leading quantitative risk management trainers in the region. He is the co-founder of Numenova AI, a startup that develops innovative solutions for the application of artificial intelligence in the areas of risk, regulation and business valuation, and was selected as one of the Digital Innovation Leaders in the DIGI-SI 2024 programme.

Darja Terzan scaled

Darja Teržan, Executive Director, Donat Business Area, Atlantic Grupa
Darja has nearly 20 years of extensive experience in the FMCG sector, working in an international environment, where she has deepened and developed her marketing knowledge, successfully combining it with sales work. In 2018, she joined Atlantic Grupa and assumed management of the Gourmet programme. Her strategic vision, outstanding analytical skills, and ability to understand the business holistically, along with her continuous pursuit of new opportunities, have contributed to the successful transition of the programme.
In 2020, she assumed leadership of the newly created Donat business area, working with the new team to develop a bold business and marketing strategy that enabled the transformation and further development into a strong, modern brand with international potential. Under her leadership, the Donat business area is delivering above-average business results and has high ambitions for the future.
Darja is not only a business leader but also an expert lecturer and juror, who is happy to share her wealth of experience and thus actively participates in national and international professional events. As an expert lecturer at universities, she also shares her knowledge with young people. She has received several top marketing awards for her outstanding work, including several Effie Awards. The Donat brand, which she manages, received the first platinum Effie Award, a distinction that has been awarded only once in Slovenia. In 2013, she also received the prestigious “Marketing Director of the Year” award, further confirming her outstanding contributions to the profession.

Sasa Muminovic

Dr. Saša Muminović is the President of the SLO-CRO Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chairman of the Board of AquafilCRO d.o.o. For more than 20 years, he held various management positions at Aquafil, developing the company and leading the strategy up to today’s regional organisation. He runs the non-profit organisation SLO-CRO Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which aims to organise and strengthen economic relations between Slovenia and Croatia.

Mirko Đukić is the CEO of BMM Consulting, a leading digital transformation consultancy and Zoho Advanced Partner based in Belgrade and Zagreb, serving the Adriatic region. With over 18 years of leadership in interim management, sales, and top-tier consulting, Mirko oversees strategic growth, multidisciplinary project delivery, and client success across industries.

Under his guidance, BMM Consulting has completed over 50 Zoho implementation projects and delivered more than 1,500 training days. The company was recently named Global Partner of the Year for Zoho HR Suite 2024 and elevated to Zoho Advanced Partner status following five years of successful partnership.

A visionary in business process optimisation and digital transformation, Mirko champions innovative CRM and HR solutions. He leads his team in deploying user-friendly, data-driven systems—such as Zoho CRM, People, and Recruit—helping clients elevate efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and foster sustainable growth.
