This platform represents an on-line academy for Practical Leadership programmes, which are developed by Claus Møller and the business organisations representing Claus Møller Consulting (hereafter CMC).

CMC reserves all copyrights on these pages. By using this platform, you agree to the Terms and Conditions presented. The site you are visiting is currently under development phase and is thus subject of regular updates and maintenance. CMC is not liable for any information or data loss during your use. By using the platform, you are allowed to use courses and materials for your learning, learning of your team, and learning in your company.

Intellectual Property Rights

(a) The Website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, images, video and audio, and the design) are owned by the CMC, its licensors or other providers of such material, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the platform for your non-commercial use only. No right, title or interest in or to the platform or any content on the platform is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted, are reserved by the CMC.

(b) You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the platform, except as follows: (i) You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes; (ii) if we provide desktop, mobile or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by an applicable end user license agreement for such applications; and (iii) if we provide social media features at any time, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

(c) You may not: (i) use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text; or (ii) delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the platform; or (iii) access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the platform or any services or materials available through the platform.

(d) You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy.

(e) You promise that: (i) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the CMC (ii) you will not use the platform in any way that violates any applicable local or international law or regulation; (iii) you will not send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with the ‘Content Standards’; (iv) you will not impersonate or attempt to impersonate the CMC, a CMC employee, another user or any other person or entity; (v) you will not do anything that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the platform or interfere with any person’s use of the platform ; (vi) you will not use any robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of this Terms and Conditions; (vii) you will not introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful; and (viii) you will not co-brand or frame the platform or hyper-link to it without the express prior written permission of an authorized representative of the CMC.

Registration for events

(a) When an event run by Claus Møller Consulting is free of charge, registration is mandatory. Registration is carried out by filling in the registration form on the website or via e-mail [email protected], where the individual must provide his/her data (name, surname, company, e-mail address, and GSM number). By entering these data, the individual guarantees that they are true, correct, and complete. Cancellation of registration for the free event can be communicated by email to [email protected] prior to the start of the event. You agree that the name of your company may be included in the list of clients or business references for marketing purposes.

(b) Registration for paid events and payment of the registration fee. By registering for the event, the customer undertakes to read and agree with the information and terms and conditions. By registering, the participant/client agrees to settle the price for the ordered and provided services according to the published conditions. By applying, you undertake to pay the entire registration fee for participation in education according to the conditions in the offer for individual education, which also applies when the participant stops attending education during the implementation. You agree that your company name may be included in the list of clients for marketing purposes. You agree that the name of your company may be included in the list of clients or business references for marketing purposes.

Conditions for cancellation of education

(a) You may cancel your participation in writing no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the training. After this date, we charge 50% of the registration fee for administrative and related costs, and for non-attendance without deregistration, we charge the registration fee for the entire education. The registration fee is generally not transferable to other dates, other training programs, or other persons, except when it is specifically agreed upon by the contractor. Exceptionally, when calculating the registration fee for non-attendance, a reduction may be granted in the event of illness or force majeure and with appropriate supporting documents. In this case, we charge € 100 for handling costs, the cost of materials and a proportionate share of the hours of training already carried out from the beginning to the justified cancellation of participation.

(b) Cancellation of the Event by the Organizer. In the event of an insufficient number of applications or for other objective reasons, we reserve the right to cancel individual training courses or change dates, no later than three working days before the start of education. In the event of cancellation of education by the organizer, the registration fee will be refunded interest-free within fourteen days of the cancellation notification.
