Claus Møller Consulting’s Business Forum
Transforming People, Not Just Processes
How to Build Behaviour-Driven Change in the Digital Era
Transformation fails when behaviour doesn’t change — what can leaders do about it?
About the CMC’s Business Forum
This executive event brings together leaders from Slovenia and Croatia to explore how behavioural change drives successful transformation and helps business competitiveness.
Executives face increased pressure to remain competitive, expand into demanding markets, and respond to economic uncertainty.
While organisations invest heavily in digital tools, most transformation initiatives fail because people do not adopt new behaviours. This event focuses on unlocking productivity, technology adoption, and commercial growth by placing learning and behaviour at the centre of strategy.
Sustainable transformation depends on:
- cultural readiness
- leadership capability
- organisational behaviour
The event provides practical insights on how organisations can transform more effectively and secure business performance during regional economic challenges.

Prof. Ivo Vlaev, Warwick Business School and Singapore National University, is a world-renowned expert in behavioural science. His pioneering work in decision-making, behaviour change, and the practical application of psychological insights improves policy, health, organisational behaviour, and business. As the author of the MINDSPACE report and an advisor to the UK government, he influences and develops innovative approaches in the age of artificial intelligence.
We must exploit the full potential and involve partners and employees in the preparation and implementation of strategies. Business strategy is often an underestimated activity in a company, with only some people involved, rather than opening it up to more stakeholders. Companies would become more inclusive and more successful in realising their potential.

About the speakers and panelists

Dr. Ivo Vlaev is a Professor of Behavioural Science at Warwick Business School and globally recognised behavioural science expert known for his pioneering work on decision-making, behaviour change, and the practical application of psychological insights to real-world challenges. He holds a D.Phil. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and has held academic positions at University College London and Imperial College London before joining Warwick Business School in 2014.

Professor Vlaev has advised the UK Cabinet Office and contributed to the NHS’s COVID-19 Behaviour Change Unit, demonstrating his expertise’s real-world impact in policy and organisational settings.
In his keynote, Professor Vlaev will delve into the intersection of behavioural science and technology, exploring how understanding human behaviour is fundamentally impacted in the age of AI.
